Return Policy
Sorella Salon & Spa guarantees satisfaction on all products. If a product does not meet your standards or expectations, it may be exchanged for another product of equal value. No refunds will be given.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change and therefore request at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or clients who no‑show will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount.

Please note: We require 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments scheduled on Mondays, as the salon is closed on Sundays.

Master Level Stylist Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled within 24 hours with a master level stylist may be charged 100% of the service amount.

Satisfaction Policy
Sorella Salon & Spa guarantees your satisfaction for 14 days following your service date. If you are unsatisfied, we welcome the opportunity to provide a complimentary follow‑up for all reasonable adjustments. No refunds will be issued.

Consent Policy
Sorella requires a consent form for any guest under the age of 18. If a parent or guardian is responsible for the service fee, verbal consent is required. A credit card may be required to secure the reservation.

Consultation Policy
In most cases an initial consultation is complimentary. Additional consultations may be subject to a consultation fee.

Chemical Service Consent
Certain chemical services require a signed consent form prior to the appointment.
